From a young age, I dreamed of becoming a teacher. In high school, I served as a student teacher and was president of the Texas Association of Future Educators. My passion for education led me to major in it in college. When my children were young, I spent many years teaching preschool and served as a Children's Director for a church. My love for teaching and my desire for my four kids to make friends inspired me to start the Texas Hill Country Homeschoolers Co-op from our home in 2016. Since then, over 100 children have benefited from the free classes offered by the co-op.
